TUI Leisure Travel outsources payment processes of its new sales platform to Wirecard

With immediate effect, TLT Franchise will be using the Wirecard platform to con-trol all payment and back office processes of some 650 franchisees, including TUI ReiseCenter and FIRST REISEBÜROS.

Wirecard AG, an international leading provider of payment systems and risk management services, will provide TUI Leisure Travel (TLT) Franchise with pay-ment processing services for its new sales platform.

With immediate effect, TLT Franchise will be using the Wirecard platform to con-trol all payment and back office processes of some 650 franchisees, including TUI ReiseCenter and FIRST REISEBÜROS. Wirecard and TLT will be using the new (JoJo) sales platform to optimize the payment processes for the travel agencies that are part of TLT Franchise.

The package of services comprises the maintenance and operation of point-of-sale terminals for EC cash and credit card settlement as well as credit card and direct debit processing using the "JoJo" system.
The Wirecard Bank makes credit card acceptance facilities available for Master-Card and VISA as well as virtual credit cards for payment of service providers (e.g. in the case of low-cost carrier tickets).
