Wire Card AG announces cooperative venture with DataCash Ltd.

Leading UK payment service provider optimizes services portfolio with CLICK2PAY

Berlin, Grasbrunn near Munich, June 27, 2005; Wire Card AG, listed on the Prime Standard of the German stock exchange , one of the leading European providers of payment systems, risk management and communications services, a nd DataCash Ltd., listed under the AIM in London, have agreed to a cooperative venture regarding the CLICK2PAY product. The British company will extend its solution portfolio to include CLICK2PAY, enabling it to offer its portfolio customers an additional mode of payment.
